My name is Kathia, I am 26 years old and have been in the nail industry for 6 years, licensed for 3 years. I specialize in healthy gel-based nail services in a private studio setting focused on luxury, comfort, cleanliness, and one-on-one client experience. Services Offered: • Hard Gel • Gel X • Builder Gel • Poly Gel Please note: I no longer work with acrylic. ⸻ PRIVATE STUDIO POLICIES • This is a private appointment-only studio. No walk-ins permitted. • No extra guests or children/babies allowed unless previously approved by me. • I work by schedule and maintain a calm, distraction-free environment for all clients. • Inspiration photos MUST be sent 24–48 hours before your appointment. • Reschedules must be made 24–48 hours in advance to transfer your deposit credit. Failure to do so results in forfeited deposit. NO REFUNDS. • I allow a 10-minute grace period. 15+ minutes late may result in a canceled appointment. Please communicate with me if running late — I will always try my best to work with you, but services may need to be simplified depending on timing. • I DO NOT work over foreign work. • I DO NOT soak off acrylic. • New clients must arrive with bare nails. ⸻ ARRIVAL & PAYMENT Please text me upon arrival rather than walking in immediately, as I may still be finishing a previous client and value each client’s privacy during checkout. CANCELLATION POLICY
✨ CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY ✨ Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. Please respect my time and scheduling policies as I respect yours. 🤍 • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. • Deposits may ONLY be transferred when rescheduling 24–48 hours before your scheduled appointment time. • Failure to provide proper notice will result in loss of deposit. • Same-day cancellations or no-shows will not be refunded under any circumstance, you will be charged 50% of the service. • Clients arriving 15+ minutes late may have their appointment canceled or service adjusted based on remaining time available. • Repeated last-minute cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows may require full payment upfront before future bookings are accepted. Please communicate with me as soon as possible if any emergency arises. I understand life happens and will always try my best to work with you when communication is given respectfully and in advance.
